Where do you ship from?

We ship from Florida, USA.

Where do you ship to?

Most of our customers are in North America. But we can ship to customers all around the world. Just email us at info@LoveAndLucky.com for an estimate shipping cost.

How do you ship and what are the rates?

United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) is our default shipping method.

If the destination address is within USA you can choose:

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders of $100 or more:: it takes in AVERAGE 2 weeks, depending on the volume of paid shipping orders. It is free, and only retails orders less than 1 pound are eligible.
First Class Mail: it takes in AVERAGE 3 to 5 business days from the shipping date; the cost depends on the weight starting at $4.22 for the lightest item.
Priority Mail: it takes in AVERAGE 2 to 3 business days from the shipping date; the cost depends on the weight starting at $7.95 for the lightest item.
Express Mail: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be shipped out the same day and is OVERNIGHT in most areas. The cost depends on the weight starting at $16.05 for the lightest item.

If the destination address is Canada, you can choose:

Priority Mail: it takes in AVERAGE 6 to 10 business days from the shipping date; the cost depends on the weight starting at $22.00 for the lightest item.
Express Mail: it takes in AVERAGE 5 business days from the shipping date; the cost depends on the weight starting at $28.95 for the lightest item.

If the destination address is other than USA or Canada, you can choose:

Express Mail: it takes in AVERAGE 5 business days from the shipping date; the cost depends on the weight starting at $30.95 for the lightest item.

How long it takes to ship our my order?

Orders placed Monday thru Friday by 5:00 pm Eastern time are shipped in 1/2 business day. We don't ship on weekends.
