Every item is checked for quality before shipment. Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are
unhappy with your purchase, please email
info@LoveAndLucky.com within 7 days of receipted for a return authorization number (RA#). If you do not obtain a RA#, your package will be refused. Once you got you RA#, you should send back the merchandise
within 3 business days.
Items must be unused in original condition with tags attached; it must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn. If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway, the item will NOT be accepted back.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise. Sale, special and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale. All sale items are not returnable. Shipping costs are not refundable. Merchandise should be shipped to:

In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with a written reason for the return and/or any exchange request. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of merchandise. If meets the above criteria we will issue a refund for what you paid for the item minus $10 for restocking fees.
If the reason for return was that the article is defective and we determine that after examination, we will pay the return shipping cost and we won’t charge restocking fees. According to your instructions, on receipt of the returned item, we will replace it or issue a full credit.
In any case you are not allowed to return items without our authorization (RA#). if this is the case, we'll send them back to you.
